  • Ice zone propeller

    Ice zone propeller is a special type of propeller used for 10000 ton polar icebreakers, scientific research ships, and civilian ships, mainly made of special high-strength stainless steel. When operating in polar regions, propellers in ice zones often come into contact with floating ice, such as collision and cutting. Therefore, the requirements for their structural strength are very strict. Currently, foreign companies hold a large market share. The company has been developing ice thrusters for over ten years and has participated in the development of ice thrusters for the Xuelong-2 icebreaker, gaining extensive experience.

  • pump-jet propulsor

    The pump jet thruster product is a combination special propulsion system designed specifically for underwater submersibles such as AUVs, ROVs, unmanned submersibles, etc. The composite material conduit can effectively reduce the radiation noise of the pump jet thruster, improve the noise propagation characteristics, and significantly improve the propulsion efficiency. This product drives the internal propeller through a transmission shaft, and the guide device composed of a duct combined with a front or rear stator can stably and directionally regulate the flow field. This product is suitable for underwater tasks that require high concealment and maneuverability.

  • Circular propeller

    Efficient and low-noise annular propeller is a new type of propeller with a special configuration. Its annular blade structure combines the design concepts of CLT propeller and tandem propeller, and has excellent propulsion performance, noise characteristics, and structural strength. Suitable for high-end yachts, speedboats, and underwater robots with higher requirements for noise and vibration performance. Up to now, several high-performance annular propeller products have been developed and their performance has been experimentally verified, which is at the forefront of international standards.

  • Ordinary high-performance propeller

    Ordinary high-performance propeller products are mainly targeted at large propellers used in bulk carriers and containers with a capacity of over 100000 tons. This product adopts advanced NACA mod airfoil and is designed based on theories such as panel method and lift surface method. The product has a propulsion efficiency of up to 70% and industry-leading cavitation and noise characteristics, which can help international large ships meet IMO energy consumption standards. The R&D team has been dedicated to the research and development of efficient propellers for decades, and has been responsible for the design and forecasting of propellers for multiple 100000 ton bulk carriers, container ships, and other vessels.

  • Small cable controlled biomimetic spacecraft

    This aircraft is a flat biomimetic flexible undulating amphibious vehicle based on fluid biomimetics, which innovatively adopts biomimetic integrated propulsion of traditional amphibious movement, making it have three main characteristics: stealth survivability and terrain adaptability. And due to its biomimetic characteristics and unique advantages in both water and land amphibious warfare, it can be deployed in underwater information warfare to perceive and recognize the underwater battlefield environment. It can be applied in scenarios such as close range reconnaissance, underwater pre ambush, beach landing, and combat in harsh waters.

  • Comprehensive solution for efficient and energy-saving technology

    The company has developed customized hydrodynamic energy-saving attachments for the renovation of new and old ships, helping ships meet the environmental standards of the EDI industry. The products mainly include energy-saving attachments such as door rudders, front guide wheels, and guide fins rudder balls, with a comprehensive energy-saving effect of 3% to 12%. The related solutions are widely used in civilian ships such as bulk carriers and container ships. The company has developed multiple combined energy-saving technology solutions, which have been applied in large vessels of up to 10000 tons.
